Description
The Victra-20 Assembly Rods Kit (YHM-1315) is the accessory that makes full use of the Victra-20 modular shotgun suppressor’s configurable design. The Victra-20 ships from the factory set up at its 10-inch configuration, and these rods are what you need to run it shorter. This kit supplies a matched pair each of 4-inch, 6-inch, and 8-inch rods, giving you every configuration below the factory default.
The trade-off between length and performance is straightforward: a shorter configuration reduces overall weight and system bulk, which matters on a shotgun that already carries significant heft, but it also reduces the volume available for gas expansion, raising the measured sound level at the shooter’s ear. The manufacturer publishes those figures openly — the 4-inch configuration brings overall assembly length down to 4.4 inches and weight to 12 ounces, while the full 10-inch setup weighs 22 ounces and produces meaningfully lower ear-level readings. Where you land depends on whether you’re optimizing for packability in the field or maximum noise reduction on the range.
The rods themselves are machined from 17-4 stainless steel and left in a natural stainless finish, which suits a suppressor that will see moisture, heat, and cleaning solvents. One compatibility note worth keeping in mind: Yankee Hill Machine does not recommend pairing these 4-inch rods with the Victra-12 platform. If you own a Victra-12, the correct rod set for that suppressor is a separate product. This kit is purpose-built for the Victra-20, and all three rod lengths ship together so you can reconfigure without hunting down individual parts. Made in the USA.
