Description

The Sig Sauer Caliber X-Change Kit for the P365 X-Macro lets you rebuild an existing P365 frame into a full P365 X-Macro configuration without purchasing a second pistol. That makes it a practical choice for shooters who already own a P365 and want to run the larger platform for duty, home defense, or competitive use without duplicating a serialized receiver.

The kit centers on a 3.1-inch barrel with an integrated compensator. Porting the compensator directly into the barrel rather than threading a separate device onto the muzzle keeps the overall package compact while still routing propellant gas upward to reduce muzzle flip — a meaningful advantage during rapid follow-up shots where a longer compensated barrel would otherwise be necessary to achieve the same effect.

Sights are X-Ray night sights, Sig’s three-dot tritium arrangement with a high-visibility front element that works in low light without requiring a separate light source. The slide is also optic-ready, so a red dot can be mounted over the iron sights rather than replacing them. The kit includes two 17-round magazines, which is the X-Macro’s standard flush-fit capacity — a step up from the standard P365’s smaller magazines and one of the primary practical reasons to run this conversion over the base pistol configuration.
