Description

The B5 Systems Collapsible Precision Stock in Short length is built for shooters who want a precision-oriented buttstock that still runs on a standard Milspec carbine receiver extension — no proprietary tubes, no adapters. It shares the same elevated cheek profile that made the B5 Sopmod and Bravo stocks popular with precision and DMR-style builds, then adds independent adjustability for both cheekweld height and buttpad position through dedicated precision dials. That combination lets a shooter dial in eye relief and cheek contact independently rather than accepting whatever a fixed comb delivers.

Length of pull is handled through a pull-down lever with a lockout, so gross adjustments are deliberate rather than accidental. Twelve internal tensioners take up slop in the extension fit, which keeps the stock from developing play against the tube as it wears in. The buttpad is cushioned and textured to resist sliding under recoil or during positional shooting.

Sling mounting covers both fixed loop and quick-disconnect needs. The QD sockets are steel and positioned ambidextrously, and the fixed mounts are integrated into the design rather than add-ons. An M-LOK slot on the underside allows monopod or other accessories to attach directly to the stock body without adapters. Hardware throughout is color-matched and machined rather than off-the-shelf fasteners. The Short variant is sized so that when fully collapsed it clears the M110 charging handle, which matters on builds where the charging handle sits further rearward than a standard AR configuration.
