Description

The BCM Kinesthetic Angled Grip came out of a collaboration between Bravo Company and Travis Haley of Haley Strategic Partners, and the design reflects a specific biomechanical argument: that a slight forward rake, rather than a true vertical grip, gives the support hand a more natural wrist angle without adding the bulk that a full foregrip introduces. The geometry is subtle enough that the overall diameter of the handguard stays manageable, but pronounced enough to give the hand a repeatable reference point every time it comes up onto the rifle.

The forward rake works particularly well with a thumb-over-bore grip, where the hand wraps high on the handguard and the KAG sits under the palm rather than being actively gripped. In that position it provides purchase and reduces the rotational load on the wrist and elbow during extended handling. It also doubles as a rest when shooting from a barricade or supported position, where a small ledge at the front of the handguard gives the rifle a stable stop against the support surface.

Texturing runs on both the front and rear faces, so engagement is positive regardless of where pressure is coming from. Construction is impact-resistant polymer made in the United States, which keeps weight negligible. Attachment is via M-LOK, so fitment is direct to any M-LOK-compatible handguard without an adapter. It is a small accessory with a narrow purpose, but that purpose — consistent hand placement and wrist relief under a modern shooting grip — it addresses cleanly.
