The 95-grain full metal jacket bullet is well matched to the caliber for practice use. FMJ construction feeds reliably through most semi-automatic pistols and produces consistent, predictable behavior at the target, which is exactly what you want when building or maintaining shooting fundamentals. At 945 feet per second from the muzzle, generating 188 foot-pounds of energy, the round produces manageable recoil — useful when running drills that require a steady cadence of fire.
