Description
The C&H Precision SGX-EPS is a red dot adapter plate designed for shooters who run a SIG Sauer P320 X-Series or AXG/RX slide and want to mount a Holosun EPS or EPS Carry optic without having their slide milled. The plate drops into the existing optic cut on the slide and bridges the footprint difference between the factory cut and the EPS/EPS Carry’s mounting pattern, so you keep your rear sight and avoid a permanent modification to the pistol.
C&H Precision machines their plates on HAAS CNC equipment at their facility in Coastal Georgia, and each plate goes through multiple quality checks before it leaves the shop. That process matters here because a sloppy fit between plate and slide introduces vertical and lateral play that compounds at distance — a plate held to tight dimensional tolerances stays put under recoil and keeps your zero consistent across strings of fire.
The EPS and EPS Carry use a closed-emitter design, which means the LED and lens are protected by a sealed housing rather than exposed to the environment. Mounting one of those optics through the SGX-EPS gives you that protection while keeping the overall height as low as the slide geometry allows. Three M4 x 10mm M3H screws secure the optic to the plate; a replacement screw kit is available separately if you need spares for your range bag.
This plate suits a shooter who wants to run a Holosun EPS-family optic on an existing P320 X-Series or AXG/RX host without committing to a mill job — a practical choice for duty guns or pistols that may need to revert to factory configuration.
