Description

The C&H Precision adapter plate for the Walther PPQ, Q4, and Q5 solves a problem that’s common with modern optics-ready pistols: the factory slide cut doesn’t always match the footprint of the optic you actually want to run. This plate bridges that gap, letting you mount a Trijicon RMR, Trijicon SRO, or Holosun 407C, 507C, or 508T to a slide that was never cut for those footprints natively, without sending the slide out for milling.

The plate integrates a rear sight, which matters because mounting an optic on a riser often sacrifices your iron sight co-witness picture. By building the rear sight directly into the plate, C&H keeps a usable backup sighting system in place without requiring a separate tall rear sight or a different mounting strategy. The front sight height will need to match the plate’s sight height to get a proper co-witness — C&H offers compatible front sights sized for this setup if your current front sight doesn’t line up.

C&H machines their plates on HAAS CNC equipment at their facility in Coastal Georgia and runs each piece through multiple inspection stages before it ships. The hardware kit that comes with the plate includes their patented 416 stainless steel T-nuts, which anchor the plate to the slide, along with optic-specific screws in the correct lengths for each supported red dot. Getting screw length right is not a small detail — too short and you risk pull-out under recoil, too long and you can bottom out before the optic seats. Having the correct lengths sorted by optic model from the factory removes a common point of installation error.
