Description

The Dos Boot is a base plate replacement for Magpul PMAG GEN M3 AR-15/M4 magazines, designed for shooters who want a modest capacity increase without meaningfully changing how the magazine handles or stows. Each Dos Boot adds two rounds to a standard PMAG, which over a course of fire or a multi-magazine training day compounds into a real difference in how often you’re reloading.

Beyond the capacity gain, the convex profile of the base plate serves a secondary purpose: it gives the magazine a stable resting surface when the rifle is used in a supported prone position, functioning as a low-profile monopod. The shape also gives a more positive grip surface during reloads, which helps when drawing a fresh magazine quickly under any conditions. Construction is high-impact injection-molded nylon, the same general material class as the PMAG body itself, so expansion and contraction across temperature extremes stays consistent between the extension and the host magazine.

This display carton contains ten three-packs of the Dos Boot in Matte Black finish, making it practical for dealers stocking the counter or for a unit or training program buying in quantity. Each three-pack covers three magazines, so ten three-packs equip thirty PMAGs in a single order. Compatibility is limited to Magpul PMAG GEN M3 10-, 20-, 30-, and 40-round magazines — the fit depends on the GEN M3 locking geometry, so earlier PMAG generations are not supported.
