Description

The REPR MKII in Patriot Brown Cerakote is LWRC’s purpose-built semi-automatic precision rifle for shooters who need .308 Winchester / 7.62 NATO capability in a platform that handles and maneuvers closer to a carbine than a traditional battle rifle. It suits competitive shooters, hunters running suppressed, and anyone who wants a hard-use 7.62 that doesn’t punish the operator for a full day on the range.

The barrel is spiral-fluted, which removes material in a way that reduces weight without meaningfully compromising stiffness, and keeps surface area high enough to shed heat faster during sustained fire. A 5/8×24 threaded muzzle leaves the door open for a variety of muzzle devices. The 1-in-10 twist rate stabilizes the full spectrum of common .308 projectiles well — from 147-grain military ball out to 175-grain match bullets — without over-stabilizing lighter varmint loads if you run them occasionally.

The 20-position adjustable gas block is the detail that makes this rifle genuinely versatile rather than just configurable on paper. Dialing gas down when running a suppressor, or up when running particularly dirty ammunition, lets the shooter tune felt impulse and extraction timing without swapping parts. The side charging handle keeps the manipulation hand on the same side regardless of scope height, which matters when running a large objective or a night-vision mount that pushes eye relief forward. LWRC Skirmish Back-Up Sights come installed, so the rifle is usable immediately without a separate iron-sight purchase. The collapsible stock — a Magpul PRS Adjustable per Source 1 — accommodates a wide range of body armor and shooting positions.
