Description

The Magpul DAKA Angled Block Kit is designed for anyone who has run into the limits of standard square-block organizer setups when trying to secure gear with curves, tapers, or angled profiles. Pistols with underbarrel rails, tools with irregular handles, and similarly non-linear items tend to shift or sit poorly against flat block faces — this kit addresses that problem directly without requiring you to cut anything.

The kit contains six blocks in three distinct geometries: two 45°/90° angled blocks, two 30°/60° angled blocks (one right-hand, one left-hand orientation), and two 45° double blocks. Together, they let you build out support structures in your DAKA GRID Organizer or DAKA Hard Case that conform to the actual shape of your gear rather than forcing gear into a square cavity it was never meant to occupy. Because the blocks interlock within the existing DAKA GRID system, reconfiguring the layout as your kit changes requires no tools.

All six blocks are constructed from Expanded Polypropylene, the same closed-cell material used throughout the DAKA Block lineup. Unlike open-cell foam, EPP does not draw in liquids or chemicals — contamination stays on the surface and wipes off with a damp cloth. The material is also more rigid than open-cell foam, which means your gear is held in place rather than slowly sinking over time. If you already run a DAKA GRID Organizer or a compatible DAKA Hard Case and have been working around oddly shaped items by cutting blocks or accepting imperfect fits, this kit gives you a cleaner and reversible alternative.
