Description

The MOE SL-K is Magpul’s smallest carbine stock, built for AR-15 and M4 platforms running mil-spec buffer tubes. Its intended use case is compact, PDW-style builds where overall length matters — the kind of setup where a full-size stock defeats the purpose of a short upper. That said, it works equally well for smaller-framed shooters on standard carbines who want a lower-mass, slimmer-profile option without moving to a fixed stock.

The stock collapses and extends across a 3.3-inch range of length-of-pull adjustment, giving you meaningful fit options without the bulk of a heavier adjustable design. The rubber buttpad has a rolled toe, which helps when mounting the rifle quickly from a compressed carry position — the toe clears clothing and gear rather than snagging. The cheek weld is sloped to account for the lower profile, keeping your eye reasonably consistent across the pull positions.

Rattle is handled by the ambidextrous release latch itself rather than by adding separate anti-rattle hardware. The latch applies tension directly to the receiver extension, so there are no supplemental locks, levers, or springs to source or replace if something wears. The 1.25-inch footman’s loop accommodates a standard sling, and the stock is also cut to accept Magpul’s M-LOK QD Sling Mount if you prefer a push-button QD attachment point instead. That mount is sold separately. Construction is polymer throughout, keeping weight down — the entire stock comes in under eight ounces. Made in the USA.
