Description

The Reptilia AUS Offset Mount is built for shooters who run a magnified optic as their primary and want a fast, reliable close-range solution without swapping glass or breaking a shooting position. Rather than forcing a choice between one sighting system and another, it lets you mount an Aimpoint ACRO or Steiner MPS directly to the AUS Scope Mount and keep both optics on the rifle simultaneously.

The 37-degree offset places the red dot at an angle that lets you cant the rifle slightly and pick up the dot quickly at close range, then return to your primary optic without any manual adjustment or tool work. Four possible mounting positions on the AUS Scope Mount give you room to tailor placement to your setup and preferred hand position. The mount is reversible, so it runs equally well on either side depending on which hand you shoot with or how your support kit is configured.

Construction is CNC-machined from billet 7075-T6 aluminum, which keeps mass low — the mount weighs just over an ounce — without sacrificing the rigidity that a secondary optic depends on to hold zero under recoil. The mounting hardware is nitrided steel, chosen for wear resistance at contact points that see repeated installation and removal. A Type III hard coat anodized finish in Flat Dark Earth protects the aluminum against corrosion and surface wear. Everything is made in the USA.

This mount is a purpose-built solution for the AUS ecosystem rather than a universal adapter, so it integrates cleanly and seats without shimming or fitting work.
