Description
The Reptilia ROF Riser is a straightforward solution for shooters who run a Trijicon RMR, SRO, or compatible red dot on a Picatinny rail and need the optic’s optical axis raised by 10mm. That additional height isn’t arbitrary — it brings the sight line into a more natural cheek-weld position on rifles and can help clear folded iron sights or lower receiver geometry that would otherwise force an awkward head position behind the glass.
Reptilia machines the ROF Riser from billet 7075-T6 aluminum, which keeps weight low without sacrificing the rigidity needed to hold zero under recoil. The Mil-Spec Type III hard anodized finish is applied over the full surface, giving the aluminum a hard, corrosion-resistant shell that holds up to field handling rather than cosmetic use. The interface at the bottom is a standard M1913 Picatinny rail, so it drops onto any compatible mount or handguard rail without adapter work. Compatible optics include the Trijicon RMR, Trijicon SRO, and Holosun 407c and 507c footprints, making it useful across a reasonably broad range of red dot platforms that share that footprint pattern.
The design stays minimal by intent — no unnecessary material, no integrated features that would add bulk or complicate installation. For a shooter who already has a working optic and simply needs a reliable, properly specced riser to dial in their mount height, this does that job cleanly. It is made in the USA.
