Riton’s Ring Series is built for shooters who want a reliable, no-frills mounting solution without paying a premium for a name. These high rings are machined from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, a material choice that keeps weight low while maintaining the rigidity needed to hold zero under recoil. That matters on hard-kicking rifles where a soft or poorly fitted ring will walk and shift point of impact over time.

The high-profile configuration raises the optical centerline to 1.42 inches above the bore axis, which is the right choice when a large objective bell or a raised comb would otherwise prevent a full field of view. Running a scope too low forces the shooter to crane their neck to find the sight picture; the correct ring height lets you mount the rifle naturally and see through the glass without adjusting your cheek weld.

Inside each ring, a thin cushion pad distributes clamping pressure evenly around the scope tube, reducing the chance of distortion or finish damage when the cap screws are torqued down. A single cross-rail recoil lug on each ring engages the Picatinny or Weaver rail to resist forward and rearward movement under repeated fire. Riton specifies 15 inch-pounds on the cap screws and 30 inch-pounds on the base screws — following those figures matters, since under-torquing lets the rings shift and over-torquing can crush an aluminum tube. A Black Anodize finish rounds out the set, and an Allen key is included so you can mount and torque the rings without hunting for a tool.
