Riton’s 30mm low ring set is built for shooters mounting a standard 30mm tube scope as close to the bore as possible — a setup that shortens the distance your eye travels between a stock weld and the eyepiece, and keeps the optical axis near the centerline of a flat-top rail without requiring a raised cheekpiece. Low rings suit most rifle configurations with a straight stock and a relatively low comb, where medium or high rings would push the scope unnecessarily far above the action and shift your point of natural eye alignment.

The Picatinny and Weaver-compatible base means these rings drop onto either cross-slot standard — Picatinny cuts are slightly wider and more precisely spaced than Weaver, but the recoil lug on rings designed for both will index into either without modification. That compatibility matters if you run different rifles with different rail standards and want a single ring purchase to move between platforms. The matte finish avoids glare in the field without requiring additional surface treatment.

A two-ring set at 30mm gives you a fixed-tube diameter that matches mid-range to high-end variable scopes in the one-inch and 34mm classes — 30mm is well established as the most common tube size where glass and steel objectives scale up for more light transmission and greater elevation travel.
