Seekins Precision scope rings are built for shooters who mount precision optics and refuse to accept any slop in the system. The 35mm tube diameter accommodates the larger main tubes common on modern long-range and tactical scopes, and the 1.00-inch height positions the centerline at a mount height suited to standard-profile rifles where a lower cheek weld is preferable to extra elevation.

Every ring set is CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aluminum, which gives a high strength-to-weight ratio without adding unnecessary mass to the rifle. Seekins serializes the rings as matched pairs during machining, so the bores are cut in the same setup and align without lapping — a process that removes material and can alter the finish inside the ring. If lapping is skipped with rings that were not manufactured this way, bore misalignment puts stress on the scope tube; the matched-pair approach eliminates that variable from the start.

The cap is 0.80 inches wide and uses four screws rather than two, distributing clamping load across a broader contact area so the scope tube seats evenly under recoil. The base incorporates a center lug machined integrally into the body, which seats directly into a Picatinny slot and resists rearward movement as a single unit. Cross-bolt designs add a separate component to the recoil path; the integral lug removes that joint entirely. All fasteners are Grade 8 T-25 Torx, which tolerate the torque values needed for a secure mount without rounding out. The matte black finish and smooth, radiused edges keep the rings from snagging on cases or soft goods during transit.
