The HAVAK Element M3 is built for hunters and shooters who cover serious vertical terrain and need a rifle that won’t punish them for it. Seekins constructed the action from a combination of aluminum and steel, keeping weight down without giving up the structural integrity a hard-use mountain rifle demands. A patent-pending Quick-Change Barrel Collar is integrated into that action, which means barrel swaps can be done in the field rather than at a gunsmith’s bench — a meaningful advantage for hunters who run multiple calibers across different seasons.

The bolt runs three lugs and a 60-degree throw. That shorter throw keeps the hand closer to the grip during cycling and reduces the time between shots compared to a traditional 90-degree design, which matters when you’re working fast on steep ground with a second opportunity disappearing. The Seekins PH3 carbon composite stock carries a fully adjustable cheekpiece so the comb height can be set to match the height of whatever optic you mount, rather than compromising cheek weld to fit a scope that’s already bolted down.

The barrel is 416R stainless steel wrapped in carbon fiber. Carbon fiber over stainless reduces the amount of mass forward of the action without affecting the steel’s resistance to throat erosion or environmental exposure. The 1-in-10-inch twist rate stabilizes the heavier long-for-caliber projectiles that .300 PRC was designed around, particularly bullets in the 200–225 grain range that take full advantage of the cartridge’s case capacity and throat geometry. The barrel is threaded 5/8×24 and ships with a Hunter muzzle brake installed. A 20 MOA Picatinny rail with an integrated bubble level is mounted to the receiver, and the stock features full-length M-LOK for accessories along the forend. The TriggerTech trigger is user-adjustable and ships set at 2.5 pounds.
