Seekins constructs the action from a combination of aluminum and steel, keeping mass low without giving up the rigidity a precision bolt gun needs at the receiver face. The three-lug bolt reduces throw to 60 degrees, which means shorter hand travel between shots and a faster return to a consistent cheek weld — useful when a second opportunity appears before you expect it.

The Quick-Change Barrel Collar is a patent-pending system that lets the barrel be removed without a lathe or action wrench, making a caliber swap a shop-bench operation rather than a gunsmithing appointment. The 20-inch barrel is wrapped in carbon fiber over a 416R stainless steel core — the stainless liner does the work of holding the bore to dimension and resisting fouling, while the carbon wrap sheds the weight of a comparable contour in bare steel and stiffens the barrel harmonics. A 1-in-8-inch twist stabilizes the long, high-BC projectiles that 6.5 Creedmoor handloaders and factory ammunition makers alike favor in the 130- to 147-grain range; shooters running lighter bullets near 120 grains will still find adequate stability.

The PH3 carbon composite stock includes an adjustable cheek riser so eye-to-scope alignment can be dialed for different optic heights rather than shimmed with padding. A full-length M-LOK rail along the forend handles bipods, barricade stops, or shooting bags without adapters. The integrated 20 MOA Picatinny rail builds in elevation head-start for long-range work, and a bubble level at the rear helps take cant out of the equation when reading wind calls matters most.
