Description
The HAVAK Element M3 is built for hunters who cover serious vertical — backcountry trips where every ounce has consequences and a rifle that can’t perform under pressure is a liability. Seekins constructed the action from an aluminum and steel hybrid, keeping weight down without abandoning the rigidity that precision shooting demands. The bolt runs three lugs instead of the more common two, which shortens the rotation needed to unlock — a 60-degree throw rather than 90 — so you can cycle back on target faster after a shot without breaking your cheek weld.
The Quick-Change Barrel Collar is a patent-pending system that lets the barrel be swapped without a gunsmith, which matters if you want to rechamber the rifle for a different cartridge later rather than buying a second action. The barrel itself is 416R stainless steel wrapped in carbon fiber: the stainless core handles heat and maintains dimensional stability through a long day of hunting, while the carbon fiber wrap strips away the weight that a full stainless contour would add. The 1-in-8 inch twist is well matched to the heavier, high-BC projectiles the 7mm Backcountry was designed around, giving those longer bullets the rotational stability they need at extended range.
The PH3 carbon composite stock includes a full-length M-LOK rail for mounting accessories without adding a separate attachment system, and an adjustable cheek riser so the comb height can be set to the shooter’s optic rather than forcing a compromise. The integrated 20 MOA Picatinny rail with bubble level comes machined into the action, keeping the rail-to-receiver interface consistent. A TriggerTech trigger adjustable from 2.5 to 5 pounds, a Hunter muzzle brake, and a threaded muzzle at 5/8×24 TPI round out a rifle configured for field use from the factory.
