The 4.3-inch barrel adds real estate over the original P365’s shorter tube, which translates to a longer sight radius and marginally higher muzzle velocity out of 9mm loads — useful at distance and meaningful when using defensive ammunition whose velocity figures were measured from a longer test barrel. The fiber optic front sight gathers light quickly and gives a sharp, fast aiming reference in bright conditions without requiring a battery. The rear is kept low-profile and combat-oriented, so it doesn’t snag on a draw and doesn’t compete visually with the front sight.

The 21-round magazine ships as the primary capacity, meaning the gun comes ready for serious use without any aftermarket additions. Sig includes two of those 21-rounders alongside a 17-round magazine, giving the owner options based on the carry or range context. The LXG grip gives the frame a more textured, positive purchase, which matters when managing recoil across a long range session or under stress. The slide carries a Cerakote finish in Sig’s M81 Woodland pattern, while the frame is finished in Olive Drab Green — a coherent combination that holds up to field handling.
