Description
The SIG Sauer P365 X-Macro Grip Module is built for P365 owners who want a more commanding grip for concealed carry or range work without buying an entirely new pistol. It replaces the factory grip module on any standard P365 FCU — the serialized fire control unit at the heart of the platform — giving that same core component an entirely different personality. The module does not accept FCUs with a manual safety, so that is worth confirming before ordering.
The frame is polymer construction and ships with a medium backstrap pre-installed, with small and large backstraps included. That interchangeability matters in practice: grip angle and palm swell affect where your trigger finger lands at rest, and having three positions lets you dial in consistent finger placement rather than adapting your hand to a fixed frame. The module is sized to accept 17-round X-Macro magazines, which is a meaningful step up from the standard P365 stack and changes the grip length accordingly — enough material for most hands to get all four fingers on the frame.
A 1913 accessory rail runs forward of the trigger guard, making the frame compatible with the broad range of lights and lasers built to that standard. Slide compatibility is specific: the module is designed to work with the P365 XL slide assembly and the Specter Comp slide, not the standard shorter P365 slide. If you are already running a P365 XL, this module is a straightforward path to the X-Macro configuration without replacing your slide.
