Description
The P365X is built for concealed carry, specifically for shooters who want a compact pistol that doesn’t trade capacity or shootability for size. Where the standard P365 uses a flush-fit 10-round magazine, the P365X pairs its shorter frame with an XSeries grip module sized to accept a 12-round flush-fit magazine — a meaningful difference in administrative handling and available rounds without adding bulk that defeats the point of a carry gun.
The XSeries grip module has a slightly wider, more textured profile than the standard P365 grip, which translates to better purchase for shooters with medium to large hands. The XSeries flat-face trigger changes the geometry of where your finger contacts the trigger face, effectively shortening the perceived trigger reach and giving a more consistent pull angle — something that matters more on a short-barreled pistol where sight radius is already reduced and small errors compound quickly.
The Nitron-finished slide carries XRAY3 night sights front and rear. The XRAY3 system uses tritium-illuminated inserts rather than painted dots, so the sight picture holds up in low-light conditions without a flashlight or weapon light. This is a practical choice for a defensive pistol rather than a range-only setup. The slide is optics-cut and compatible with the SIG ROMEOZero Elite, so a red dot is a straightforward addition if you prefer that sight picture. Two 12-round steel magazines are included.
The P365X occupies a specific niche: more grip and capacity than the base P365, in a package smaller than the P365XL. If you’re already in the P365 ecosystem, it accepts the same magazines and many of the same accessories.
