The frame and slide are precision-machined from stainless steel, which contributes meaningfully to mass distribution and recoil management rather than serving as a cosmetic choice. The barrel features an integrated MACH3D compensator, a Sig Sauer-specific ported design that redirects propellant gas upward at the muzzle to reduce muzzle flip during rapid fire.
