Description

The P365 Fuse is built for the shooter who wants a carry-viable pistol that doesn’t require accepting compact-gun compromises at the range. It starts with the P365 platform’s slim 1.1-inch grip width and then extends the slide to nearly seven inches, which stretches the sight radius in a way that meaningfully improves practical accuracy without adding the bulk that usually comes with it.

The 4.3-inch barrel is finished with a DLC coating on carbon steel, which is harder and more corrosion-resistant than a standard blued finish and holds up better under the friction of regular holster wear. The stainless steel slide runs an aggressive Nitron finish and carries front and rear serrations for positive manipulation under stress. The LXG grip module uses laser-engraved texturing rather than traditional stippling — it provides purchase without the skin abrasion that can become an issue during extended carry. The removable magwell is worth thinking about: leave it on for range work where fast reloads matter, pull it for a slimmer carry profile.

The Romeo-X optic ships factory-mounted using SIG’s SIG-LOC system, which contacts the slide at five points to resist zero shift under recoil. The optic itself is fully enclosed and gas-purged, meaning the lens cavity is sealed against moisture and debris — a meaningful durability advantage over open-emitter designs in adverse conditions. MOTAC motion activation manages battery draw automatically, powering the dot on when the pistol moves and shutting it down when it’s set down. The side-access battery compartment lets you swap a CR1632 without disturbing the optic’s zero. Iron sights co-witness at standard height, so you retain a usable backup if the optic ever needs attention.

Three steel magazines ship with the pistol: two 21-round extended and one flush-fitting 17-rounder. The 17-round magazine keeps the grip height down for concealed carry; the extended magazines give you options when round count takes priority.
