The P365 FUSE TACOPS is built for a shooter who wants a single pistol that covers concealed carry, suppressed range work, and serious training without requiring a parts swap between roles. The XMacro grip module gives it a full-hand purchase that most compact-framed pistols can’t match, which matters when you’re running four magazines through qualification strings rather than carrying a single spare.

The 5.1-inch threaded barrel serves two purposes simultaneously: the additional length over a standard carry barrel moves weight forward in a way that steadies the muzzle during fast strings, and the 1/2×28 muzzle threads let you attach a suppressor or compensator without any gunsmithing. The barrel wears a Black DLC finish, which is harder and more slick than standard Parkerizing and holds up well to the heat cycling that comes with suppressed fire.

SIG’s ROMEO-X optic installs via their SIG-LOC interface, a five-contact-point bottom-mount system originally developed for military use. The practical consequence is that the optic sits lower than most slide-cut configurations, allowing the factory Tritium Night Sights to co-witness through the window rather than being blocked by the body of the optic. MOTAC motion-activated illumination means the dot powers on when you draw and dims when the gun is stationary, extending battery life without requiring you to manage a manual switch under stress. The battery loads from the side, so you can replace it without pulling the optic off the pistol and re-zeroing.

The removable flared magwell accelerates reloads during drills and comes off when a lower-profile carry setup is preferred. Four 21-round steel magazines are included, which is enough to run most qualification courses or extended training sessions without hunting for additional mags at the range.
