Description
The P365 X-Macro Comp with Romeo-X is built for shooters who want a compact, optics-ready carry pistol that manages recoil without adding bulk through a separate muzzle device. The slide is integrally compensated, meaning the compensation venting is machined directly into the slide rather than attached as a standalone unit — the result is a shorter overall package than a conventionally threaded and capped barrel of equivalent length, with gas routed upward to reduce muzzle rise under rapid fire.
The Romeo-X Compact optic mounts via SIG’s SIG-LOC system and is fully enclosed and sealed, which protects the internal optics from the elements in a way that many open-emitter red dots cannot. The side-loading battery tray keeps the optic sitting low on the slide, allowing the factory X-RAY3 Day/Night sights to co-witness through the optic rather than requiring tall suppressor-height irons. That co-witness arrangement means backup sighting remains practical without any additional hardware.
The grip module is the XMacro format with three interchangeable backstraps, so hand fit can be dialed in without aftermarket parts. A 1913 Picatinny rail on the dust cover accommodates a light or laser. The manual safety gives shooters who prefer an active decocking or carry option a mechanical means of doing so on a striker-fired platform. Two steel magazines are included in the box. This is a purpose-configured package rather than a base pistol with accessories dropped in — the optic cut, compensation system, and grip module are all factory-integrated from the same manufacturer.
