Description
The P938 Emperor Scorpion is built for shooters who want a genuinely pocket-sized pistol that doesn’t ask them to give up the 9mm cartridge. It draws directly from the 1911 design language, which means anyone already comfortable with that platform will pick up the manual of arms without relearning anything — thumb safety placement, magazine release, and slide stop all occupy the familiar positions. The ambidextrous safety handles this without modification, making the same controls equally accessible for right- and left-handed carry.
The single-action trigger is the defining characteristic of how this pistol shoots. Because the hammer is already cocked when the gun is carried condition one, the trigger’s only job is to release it — the pull is short and consistent, which rewards deliberate shot placement in a way a long double-action stroke does not. That mechanical simplicity also means there is no mode-switching between a heavy first shot and lighter follow-up shots. What you feel on the first pull is what you feel on every subsequent one.
The frame is aluminum alloy, the slide is stainless steel finished in Coyote Cerakote, and the barrel is carbon steel — an all-metal construction that contributes to the pistol’s controlled feel under recoil despite its compact dimensions. The G-10 Piranha grip panels add purchase without adding bulk. SIGLITE night sights are fitted from the factory, covering low-light use without requiring an aftermarket swap. Two magazines ship with the pistol — one six-round and one seven-round — so there is a flush-fit option for deep concealment and an extended option that gives the little finger a full purchase on the grip.
