STRIKE MAG RELEASE FOR CZ EVO

Description

The stock magazine release on the CZ Scorpion EVO requires both hands to drop a magazine — one to press the release and one to pull the mag free. That two-handed choreography slows transitions and ties up your support hand at exactly the moment you need it elsewhere. Strike Industries addresses this with a direct-replacement polymer release that adds fins extending to both sides of the trigger guard, letting your trigger finger depress the release while your support hand is already moving toward the fresh magazine.

The result is a genuinely ambidextrous control: the extended fins are accessible from either side of the receiver, so left-handed shooters gain the same one-handed release capability without rerouting their technique. Installation requires only driving out the existing roll pin, removing the factory release, and seating the new one in its place — no other disassembly of the pistol is necessary. The existing spring can be retained, though a replacement spring is included.

Construction is high-strength polymer, which keeps weight negligible and resists the corrosion concerns that would accompany a bare metal part sitting against the trigger guard. Fitment is tight by design; the fins sit close to the guard to maintain a clean profile when not in use.
