Description

The Strike Industries MOD2 is an adjustable carbine stock built for AR-15 platform rifles. It addresses the practical shortcomings of minimalist mil-spec stocks — chief among them the rattle and slop that accumulate between a standard stock and buffer tube over time. Strike Industries engineered a patent-pending anti-rattle system into the MOD2’s internals, so the stock locks down firmly regardless of which position you have it set to, which matters when a loose stock bleeds precision from an otherwise solid rifle.

The cheek rest is wider than what you get on a standard carbine stock, giving your face a consistent anchor point from shot to shot. That repeatability is particularly useful if you are running an optic and need your eye to return to the same position reliably. The buttpad is overmolded rubber rather than hard polymer, which lets the stock seat against the shoulder without walking under recoil or during position changes.

Length-of-pull adjustment is handled by an enlarged, textured lever — large enough to actuate with gloves on. The same lever is used to install and remove the stock from the buffer tube without tools or excessive force. QD sling sockets are molded into both sides of the stock, so you are not committed to a single sling orientation. The whole assembly is constructed from Strike Industries’ SI Polymer Extreme material, keeping weight down while maintaining structural rigidity. The stock is compatible with mil-spec AR-style buffer tubes and pairs with Strike Industries’ own Advanced Receiver Extension for the tightest possible fitment.
