Wilson Combat built this grip module for shooters who find the factory SIG Sauer P365 XMacro frame limiting their control under recoil or their ability to establish a consistent, high grip. The geometry has been reworked from the ground up: a high-cut beavertail in the style of a 1911 grip tang lets the shooting hand ride up closer to the bore axis, which reduces muzzle flip by shortening the lever arm the slide acts on during the firing cycle. The undercut trigger guard and reshaped front strap extend that same principle, allowing the support hand to compress into the grip higher and tighter than the factory module permits.

The backstrap profile has been reconsidered to promote a more natural wrist angle at the draw, so the muzzle indexes toward the target before the shooter consciously adjusts. Wilson Combat’s Starburst texture pattern covers the grip panels, with more aggressive stippling on the front strap and backstrap where purchase matters most under stress or in adverse conditions. Internal slots accept rod-style tungsten weights, giving the shooter a way to tune the balance and perceived mass of the pistol without altering the external profile. A full-length 1913 accessory rail runs the full underframe, and the flared magwell aids positive reloads without adding bulk that would compromise holster compatibility — this module fits standard XMacro holsters. The factory SIG magazine release, spring, and lock are included so the swap requires no additional hardware. The module does not include cuts for a manual safety; shooters whose fire control unit has a safety will need to open that notch manually using the faint witness marks Wilson Combat machines into the polymer for that purpose.
