Description

The Wilson Combat WCP320 X-Compact grip module is built for shooters who want to wring more performance out of a SIG P320 X-Compact without swapping platforms. The factory P320 grip is functional, but Wilson Combat addressed several of its ergonomic compromises in a single molded polymer replacement.

The high-cut 1911-style beavertail lets the hand ride higher on the frame, which shortens the distance the muzzle has to travel before the sights realign after each shot. The undercut trigger guard serves the same purpose from a different angle — it removes the shelf that forces most hands into a lower grip position and allows the web of the hand to seat as high as the frame geometry allows. Together, these two cuts meaningfully change how the pistol moves under recoil rather than simply how it looks. The reshaped backstrap promotes a more neutral wrist angle at presentation, which affects where the sights naturally settle relative to the target.

Wilson Combat’s Starburst grip pattern covers the sides of the module while more aggressive texturing runs the front and backstrap — a deliberate split between purchase during the draw and friction during sustained firing. The enlarged magwell eases reloads without requiring a magwell flare that would add bulk to a carry gun. The module also includes internal slots for optional rod-style tungsten weights, giving owners a path to tune felt recoil without altering the exterior profile. Magazine release, spring, and lock are included. No manual safety is fitted to this variant, and it is not compatible with X-Five tungsten weights.
