Description
Building an AR-10 lower receiver to a tight standard means the small parts matter as much as the receiver itself. Wilson Combat’s small parts kit for their WC-10 billet lower gives you every internal component needed to complete the build — not generic mil-spec substitutes, but the same parts Wilson Combat installs in their own shop-built rifles. That consistency matters when you want the finished lower to behave predictably from the first function check.
The kit covers the full complement of lower internals: Wilson Combat’s Bullet Proof bolt catch, the bolt catch screw specific to the WC-10 billet geometry, plunger, roll pin, and spring; a complete magazine catch assembly; WC-10-spec pivot and takedown pins with their detents and springs; the safety detent and spring; a right-hand semi-auto safety selector; trigger and hammer pins; and the buffer retainer with its spring. Because WC-10 billet lowers incorporate an integral trigger guard, no separate trigger guard or pin is included — and fire control components such as the hammer, trigger, disconnector, and their springs are outside the scope of this kit, so plan your build accordingly.
The WC-10-specific pivot and takedown pins are worth noting: billet lower receivers often use non-standard pin dimensions to take advantage of the tighter machining tolerances that billet construction allows, so dropping standard carbine pins into this receiver is not a straight swap. Using the matched pins from this kit keeps the fit consistent with what the receiver was designed around. All parts are machined to Wilson Combat’s specifications and are intended exclusively for the Wilson Combat AR-10 billet lower receiver.
