The Mini Phantom Q.D. Flash Hider is built for shooters who want a clean, compact muzzle device that doubles as a dedicated mounting point for YHM’s fast-attach suppressor lineup. Where a standard full-size flash hider adds meaningful length to a barrel, the Mini Phantom’s 2.125-inch profile keeps the overall package short — useful on builds where balance and maneuverability matter more than a longer sight radius.

The device is machined from 4140 steel and finished in Black Oxide, a pairing chosen for durability under the sustained heat of suppressed fire. The 1/2″-28 thread pattern on this variant suits a range of common rifle and pistol calibers, and the bore diameter is sized to handle everything from 5.56mm up through .30-caliber rounds, giving the same mount flexibility across different hosts without requiring a separate device per rifle.

Unsuppressed, it functions as a conventional flash hider. Suppressed, the Q.D. interface allows a YHM can to index and lock without tools — a practical advantage when moving a suppressor between hosts, since the mount repeats reliably and doesn’t require re-torquing a direct-thread connection each time. YHM confirms compatibility with the Turbo T2, Resonator R2, Resonator K, Resonator, R9, Nitro N20, and Wraith 9 XL. It is not compatible with the original Turbo, Phantom 5.56mm/.223, Wraith 45 XL, or Phantom .338 suppressors. YHM specifies a torque value of 35 ft-lbs for installation. Made in the USA.
