Description

The GBRS Group Lerna Mount Kit is built for shooters who run body armor, communication headsets, gas masks, or night vision and need their optic positioned to match. The mount raises the EOTech EXPS to a 2.91-inch centerline height, which lets a shooter maintain an upright, heads-up posture rather than folding into the rifle to find a cheekweld. That postural difference matters when plates are forward and spine alignment affects how quickly you can move between targets or transitions.

The elevated centerline is not simply a comfort adjustment. When wearing ear protection or a helmet-mounted device, a lower optic forces the head down to meet it, compressing the neck and narrowing peripheral vision.
