Description

The Yankee Hill Machine HUB Direct Thread Mount exists for one practical purpose: letting you attach suppressors that use the 1.375″x24 “Bravo” or “Omega” thread interface directly to a threaded rifle barrel, without a dedicated muzzle device or a quick-detach system underneath. If you already run a SilencerCo Omega 300, Hybrid 46, or Harvester 338, a Dead Air Nomad, or any of several YHM cans, this mount is what bridges your barrel threads to that suppressor’s attachment system.

The 5/8×24 barrel thread on this version covers the most common threading found on .30-caliber and larger rifle barrels, so it fits a broad range of hosts without adapters. Installation is straightforward: pull the existing mount mechanism off your suppressor, thread the HUB mount on using a 3/4″ open-end wrench, then run the suppressor onto your barrel. There is no timing concern or crush washer involved — the design is meant to seat and stay put without backing off under fire.

YHM machines this mount from 17-4 PH stainless steel, a grade selected for its strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance rather than cost savings. The Melonite QPQ finish adds a hard, slick surface layer that resists moisture and fouling at the interface where heat and carbon tend to concentrate. The result is a mount that strips off cleanly after extended use rather than seizing onto the barrel or suppressor threads. At 1.7 ounces, it adds negligible weight to any host configuration.
