The NOCPIX RICO 3 L35R is built for hunters who cover open ground at night — crop fields, pastures, and powerline corridors where targets can appear well beyond 100 yards. Its 35mm germanium objective lens produces a 3X native image, which means you start with a larger, more detailed picture of a distant hog or coyote before touching the zoom lever. That matters because digital magnification degrades resolution; the stronger your optical base, the more useful your zoomed image remains when you push past 3X toward the 12X ceiling.

The 384×288, 12-micron sensor runs at 60 Hz, so moving animals don’t smear across the display. NOCPIX’s Reality+ processing works on top of that raw sensor data to improve contrast and suppress noise in low-temperature-differential conditions — the situations where a less sensitive sensor would flatten everything into an indistinct gray wash. A thermal sensitivity rating of 15 mK or better directly determines how small a temperature difference the sensor can resolve, and that figure drives how early you detect an animal against cool ground.

The integrated 1,600-yard laser rangefinder removes the need for a handheld unit and feeds directly into the onboard ballistic calculator, so you can get a corrected hold at extended distances without breaking your position.
