Description

The American Defense Manufacturing Flip-to-Side Mount for the RICO MICRO series solves a real operational problem: switching between a thermal clip-on and a daytime optic traditionally means removing and reinstalling the thermal unit, breaking zero and costing time. This mount eliminates that step entirely. The RICO MICRO pivots to the side on a hinged mechanism, clearing the sight picture for your LPVO, holographic, or magnifier-equipped optic, then swings back into position when you need thermal again — without disturbing either optic’s zero.

The mount was developed jointly by iRayUSA and American Defense Manufacturing, which means the interface between the RICO MICRO and the rail system was engineered as a matched system rather than adapted after the fact. It is machined from aluminum with an anodized finish, and the 2.05-inch co-witness height is deliberately chosen to align with standard night-vision-height optics, keeping your sight line consistent across different equipment setups. The reversible design accommodates left- or right-side hinge placement, and the QD lever position can be configured to suit your preferred access side — useful if your rifle’s layout or shooting position makes one side more practical than the other.

Compatibility covers the RH25V2, RL25V2, and first-generation RH25 models. Note that the AC52 Pictail mount is required for installation and is sold separately. If your workflow regularly shifts between thermal observation and daytime optics, this mount removes the friction from that transition without asking you to sacrifice a dedicated mount for either system.
