Description

The Accu-Tac SR-5 G2 Arca Spec QD is built for precision rifle disciplines where a stable, adaptable shooting platform matters: long-range target work, PRS-style competition, and field shooting from improvised positions. It is machined entirely from billet 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum with high-strength steel hardware, then finished in a Type III MIL-SPEC hard anodize that Accu-Tac calls Flat Black. That construction approach means no cast or stamped components in the load path.

The leg system gives each leg four independent deployment positions and nine discrete height notches. Because the legs move individually rather than as a matched pair, a shooter on uneven ground can level the rifle without shimming or tilting the mount itself. Pulling the spring-loaded leg downward disengages the notch, letting you index to the next position and release. Legs lock at 45 or 90 degrees, which is where the published minimum and maximum height figures originate — the 45-degree position sets a lower, wider stance while the 90-degree position brings the legs vertical for maximum height.

The mount is an Arca Spec quick-detach design that clamps directly to any standard Arca Swiss or Arca-compatible rail without tools. It releases and reinstalls in seconds, which matters when moving between shooting positions or transitioning off the bipod. Cant adjustment is built in and lockable via an adjustable lever, but the manufacturer is explicit that the lever should be repositioned by hand only — no tools on the canting tension. There is no panning function on this model; the SR-5 G2 is cant-only. Designed, engineered, and manufactured in the USA.
