Description

The UIC Mod 2 is American Defense Manufacturing’s flagship rifle, built around a set of genuinely ambidextrous controls that go further than most factory ambi implementations. The bolt catch and release, along with the magazine release, are operable from either side without breaking your firing grip — a meaningful distinction for left-handed shooters and trained right-handed shooters who work support-side manipulation into their practice. Each control is positioned so that a firing-hand thumb or trigger finger can actuate it while the hand stays on the grip.

The 13.9-inch Criterion barrel is hand-lapped, which removes surface irregularities that can influence projectile consistency, and it runs a 1:8 twist rate — a middle-ground choice that stabilizes heavier match bullets in the 69–77 grain range without being hostile to standard 55-grain loads. The barrel is pinned to a HUXWRX flash hider, bringing the overall assembly to a 16-inch effective length. The HUXWRX unit is suppressor-ready, so the muzzle device is doing more than just reducing visible signature. A Geissele G2S trigger provides a two-stage pull that gives a defined wall before the break — useful when precision matters and preferable to a single-stage on a rifle that will see both deliberate and quick-reaction fire.

The Magpul MOE-SL stock pairs with ADM’s own 10-position buffer tube and a heavy-duty buffer, giving the shooter more adjustment range than a standard mil-spec six-position tube. A premium bolt carrier group with a nitride QPQ finish resists corrosion and reduces friction without relying on a chrome lining. The free-float M-LOK handguard eliminates barrel contact that would otherwise pull point of impact when a sling or support hand applies pressure.
