Description
The Arisaka Defense Rail Slider is a compact Picatinny section designed for shooters who run M-LOK handguards and need a reliable, low-profile mounting point for accessories without committing to a full-length top rail. It CNC machined from aluminum with an anodized finish, which keeps weight down while giving the surface enough hardness to handle regular mounting and dismounting of lights, lasers, or other Picatinny-compatible gear.
The integrated anti-rotation QD socket is the feature that separates this from a plain rail section. A standard QD socket spins freely under load, which can shift sling attachment points at inconvenient moments. The anti-rotation design locks the socket against that movement, so your sling anchor stays where you set it even when the rifle is being handled hard. That matters most on patrol-style carbines where the sling is a primary retention tool rather than just a carry strap.
The 3-slot length keeps the footprint short, which suits shooters running handguards with limited real estate or who want to position the rail close to the muzzle end for a pressure pad or angled mount without it interfering with a hand stop or other hardware already on the rail. Installation hardware includes both standard and short screws, accommodating handguards where internal clearance is tighter around a gas block or a heavier barrel profile. The rail is also compatible with Arisaka’s Rail Slider system if you want the option to reposition the section along the handguard rather than fixing it in a single M-LOK slot grouping.
