Description

The Arisaka Inline Scout Mount is a purpose-built solution for shooters running a SureFire M300 or M600 series weapon light, an Arisaka 300, 600, or 18650 series light, a Modlite OKW or PLH, an Olight Odin, or a Streamlight Protac Rail Mount 1, 2, or HL-X on an M-Lok handguard. Rather than stacking a light on top of the factory Picatinny adapter, this mount replaces that adapter entirely, dropping the base of the light body to just 0.20 inches above the rail surface. That low profile matters most on handguards with 45-degree angled mounting flats — such as the BCM MCMR, Geissele SMR MK4, MK8, and MK16, Daniel Defense MFR, KAC URX4, and others — where a conventional adapter would push the light out into the path of folding front sights and other accessories.

Three mounting positions offset the light up to 0.12 inches to either side of center, giving you real adjustment for front sight clearance without shimming or improvising. Because the mount runs the light inline rather than cantilevered, installation requires removing the tailcap to reach the forward mounting screw — a minor step that keeps overall length at 3.4 inches and total weight at 0.6 ounces. The hardware kit includes M-Lok nuts, button-head screws for the rail attachment, and flat-head screws for the light body; installation requires a T20 Torx or IP20 TorxPlus driver. The mount is CNC machined from 7075-T651 aluminum and finished with a MIL-A-8625 Type III clear hardcoat anodize, which produces the tan appearance without a dye or coating layered on top.
