The Arisaka Defense Red Dot Mount Mk2 for Aimpoint Micro series optics is built for shooters running a magnified primary optic with a co-witnessed micro red dot, or for anyone who needs their Aimpoint T1 or T2 positioned at a height that clears suppressor-height front irons or a larger objective bell below. The 2.26-inch centerline height is the tallest in Arisaka’s Mk2 Micro lineup, and that extra clearance exists for a reason: it gets the dot up over hardware that lower mounts would collide with, maintaining an unobstructed sight picture without requiring the shooter to modify or remove anything else on the rail.

The mount is CNC machined and attaches to any standard Picatinny rail section. The Mk2 designation reflects Arisaka’s second-generation geometry for this platform — the design is intended to provide a repeatable, precise seat for the optic rather than relying on the shooter to torque the Aimpoint’s own base down to a flat rail surface. The anodized Black finish matches the Aimpoint Micro’s standard housing, keeping the assembled package visually clean.
