Description
The B5 Systems Collapsible Precision Stock is built for AR-15 shooters who want the field-adjustability of a collapsible stock without the slop and rattle that typically comes with it. Twelve internal tensioners bear against the mil-spec carbine receiver extension to eliminate play along the entire length of travel, so the rifle behaves like a fixed stock at each position rather than shifting under recoil or during positional shooting.
Where this stock departs from conventional carbine designs is in its cheekpiece and buttpad arrangement. Both are independently adjustable via precision dials, which means you can dial in cheek height to suit a particular scope or night-vision setup and set buttpad depth to match your length of pull without either adjustment disturbing the other. The gross length-of-pull movement is handled by a pull-down lever with a lockout feature, so the stock won’t walk under use. Building on the cheek geometry of the B5 SOPMOD and Bravo stocks, the CPS Medium’s profile is already familiar to a wide range of shooters, and the added adjustability extends that comfort to a broader field of optic heights.
Sling attachment is handled through a combination of ambidextrous fixed sling mounts and steel anti-rotation QD sockets, giving you the option to run either a loop or a quick-detach swivel without adapters. An M-LOK slot on the underside accepts a monopod or other accessories. Hardware is color-matched to the Coyote Brown reinforced polymer shell. The Medium configuration fully collapses clear of the M4 charging handle, and the stock is made in the USA to mil-spec materials and finishes.
