Description
The B5 Systems Collapsible Precision Stock (CPS) Short is built for shooters who want a more disciplined, repeatable cheek weld on a carbine-length platform — particularly those shooting from supported positions or running optics that demand consistent eye alignment shot to shot. It fits Mil-Spec carbine receiver extensions, which covers the vast majority of AR-pattern lower builds.
The adjustable cheekpiece and buttpad are controlled by precision dials rather than tool-dependent fasteners, so you can dial in a position, note the setting, and return to it exactly. That repeatability matters when your zero depends on the same head position every time. The gross length-of-pull adjustment works through a pull-down lever with a lockout, giving you the range of positions typical of a collapsible stock without the slop that usually accompanies them — internal tensioners take up play between the stock body and receiver extension, which tightens the overall feel considerably.
Sling attachment is handled on both sides with fixed mounts and steel anti-rotational QD sockets, so the stock won’t torque under a loaded two-point sling. An M-LOK interface on the underside of the stock gives you a place to mount a monopod or similar support without adding a separate adapter. Hardware is color-matched and machined rather than painted plastic, and the buttpad is cushioned and textured to keep the stock in place under recoil. The Short variant is specifically dimensioned to clear the M110 charging handle when fully collapsed, making it a practical choice for side-charging and similarly configured uppers. Made in the USA.
