Description

Extended strings of fire heat up a free-float handguard quickly, and bare M-LOK slots offer little to hold onto under those conditions. B5 Systems’ M-LOK Rail Covers address both problems directly: the heat-resistant material acts as a thermal barrier between the handguard body and your support hand, while the textured surface restores grip that smooth aluminum simply cannot provide.

Each cover spans three M-LOK slots, and the pack of four gives you enough coverage to fill a substantial section of the rail without additional purchases. Attachment is through the M-LOK slots themselves, so no tools or separate hardware are needed — the covers index to the existing geometry of the handguard and stay put during use.

The design reflects B5 Systems’ general approach: solve a functional problem without adding unnecessary weight or complexity. These covers do not change the balance or handling of the rifle in any meaningful way, but they do make prolonged contact with a hot handguard considerably more manageable. That matters most in training environments or any situation where you are running a high round count without extended cooling breaks.
