Description
The B-14 Squared Crest is built for hunters who move hard through mountain terrain and need a rifle that doesn’t punish them for the effort. The carbon fiber stock isn’t a cosmetic choice — it’s constructed using a CF-RTM process drawn from automotive and aerospace manufacturing, where dry carbon fiber is assembled by hand and bonded with injected resin. A carbon spine runs the full length of the stock to resist the flex that conventional polymer or wood stocks can develop under load or temperature swings. LOP spacers let the fit be tuned to the shooter rather than accepted as-is.
The action uses a two-lug system with a sliding extractor, a tapered bolt body, and a matched breech stop. That combination keeps feeding and extraction smooth even when the rifle is cold, dirty, or worked quickly. The receiver and barrel both carry a Sniper Grey Cerakote finish that resists corrosion without adding appreciable weight. The barrel itself is 4140 CrMo steel, button-rifled and fluted — the fluting removes material between the lands to reduce weight where the shooter carries it most, at the muzzle end.
The 7mm PRC cartridge sits in a middle ground that rewards the 1-in-8-inch twist rate: it stabilizes the heavier, high-BC projectiles the cartridge was designed around while remaining appropriate for mid-weight loads. The threaded muzzle ships with a Bergara Omni muzzle brake installed, and the 5/8″-24 thread pitch is the standard for 7mm suppressors and aftermarket brakes. The rifle feeds from a 5-round AICS-pattern magazine, which is compatible with a wide range of aftermarket and replacement options.
