Description

The B&T 3x NAR Handguard is a drop-in tri-rail replacement for the MP5SD, designed for shooters who need to mount lights, lasers, or other accessories on a platform whose factory furniture offers no real estate for them. The integrated Picatinny rail sections on three sides give you genuine flexibility in positioning, rather than forcing a compromise between a single rail position and whatever accessory geometry your setup demands.

The designation “3x NAR” refers to B&T’s three-sided NAR (NATO Accessory Rail) configuration, which wraps the handguard in Picatinny-standard sections at the three, six, and nine o’clock positions. This matters on the SD variant in particular because the SD’s integrated suppressor shroud already changes the profile of the host weapon significantly — a handguard engineered specifically for that geometry fits correctly where a standard MP5 handguard will not. The fitment is direct, replacing the factory handguard without modification to the host.
