Description

The Elite Tactical XRS3 is built around a first focal plane configuration, which means the EQL reticle scales proportionally with magnification across the entire 6–36x range. Holdover and ranging calculations stay accurate at any power setting, not just at a single designated magnification — a meaningful advantage when conditions require a quick zoom adjustment between shots.

The 34mm main tube is machined from billet aluminum and argon-purged to resist internal fogging. Argon is denser than nitrogen and slower to migrate through seals, which is why Bushnell chose it here for long-term environmental stability. The scope carries an IP67 rating, meaning it is fully sealed against dust and can withstand submersion.

The optical system centers on ED Prime glass, which reduces chromatic aberration by controlling how different wavelengths of light converge. In practical terms, that means less color fringing at the edges of high-contrast targets, which matters when you are making fine calls on target placement at extended range. EXO Barrier Protection is applied to exterior lens surfaces to shed water, oil, and debris without degrading transmission.

Elevation travel is generous at 29 MRAD total, with 0.1 MRAD click values — the EQL reticle’s 2 MRAD and 0.1 MRAD subtension layout is designed to keep mental arithmetic straightforward in a match or field environment. The RevLimiter zero stop sets mechanically, giving a hard return reference without requiring the shooter to count revolutions back down. Windage locks to protect a dialed setting; elevation is exposed and non-locking for faster adjustment. Parallax adjusts via a side-focus knob with a minimum distance of 50 yards.
