Description
The Bushnell Vault LRF Pouch is built for hunters and field shooters who carry both a rangefinder and binoculars and need quick, quiet access to both. It attaches to either side of the Vault binocular pack using locking U-clips, keeping your rangefinder within arm’s reach without adding bulk or requiring you to dig through a bag.
The forward-opening magnetic closure is the core design choice here. It lets you draw the rangefinder with one hand while keeping the other on glass or a shooting position, and the magnetic mechanism operates without the snap or rip of hook-and-loop closures that can scatter game. The soft-touch fabric carries through that same priority — it absorbs contact noise so brushing against cover or gear doesn’t announce your position.
The included coiled tether connects your rangefinder to the pouch, so a fumbled grab during a shot sequence doesn’t send it down a slope. The tether mounts on either side of the pouch, letting you configure it to match your dominant hand or your preferred draw angle. The pouch itself is compact enough to integrate cleanly with the Vault system without interfering with binocular access, and the exterior provides water resistance against the kind of light precipitation and condensation that’s routine in early-season hunting conditions.
This is a purpose-built accessory for the Vault Modular Optics Protection System. If you’re already running the Vault binocular pack, it closes the gap between having a rangefinder in a jacket pocket and having one where you can actually use it under time pressure.
