C&H PLT FN 509 TO HOLO EPS/EPS CARRY

Description

The C&H Precision V4 MIL/LEO adapter plate is built for shooters running a Holosun EPS or EPS Carry on an FN 509, FN 510, or FN 545 with the V4 MIL/LEO slide cut. That cut is specific to the military and law enforcement variants of those pistols, and without a plate designed around its geometry, a standard EPS footprint will not sit correctly against the slide. This plate bridges that gap precisely.

C&H machines the plate from 6061 aluminum on CNC equipment, then applies a MIL-SPEC Type III hard coat anodize in black. Hard anodizing converts the surface layer of the aluminum into a substantially harder material, which gives the plate better resistance to wear and corrosion than a standard anodize would — meaningful on a duty or carry gun where the optic comes on and off over time. All mounting hardware is stainless steel, which resists corrosion independently of the plate itself.

The included screws are 6-40 x .460 M3H fasteners matched to the EPS and EPS Carry mounting pattern. Using the correct screw length matters: a screw that is too short will not achieve full thread engagement, and one that is too long risks bottoming out before the optic is fully clamped. C&H supplies hardware sized for this specific combination, removing that variable. As with any precision-fit plate, dry-fitting all components before applying thread locker is the right practice — minor tolerance stacking between the slide, plate, and optic can surface at that stage rather than after final installation.
